Young doctor's foundation is an independent private nigerian philanthropic organization committed to giving quality education and medical care to children who are orphaned, disadvantaged and less priviledged in the society. The foundation was established in september, 2013 by Miss chioma grace agubeze; now Mrs chioma anabiri (a staff of oilserve limited) in memory to late Dr. simon ofojeh popularly known as Young Doctor. late Dr. simon ofojeh was a trado-medical doctor from umuchigbo umudioka in dunukofia local government of anambra state nigeria. He was born around 1939 to the family of late Mr. and Mrs. Ofojeh Ezeanyim. He practiced his trado-medicine in both his home town and in portharcourt, rivers state. He is a father of ten children: six boys and four girls. He lived most of his life helping the poor and the less priviledged of the society in terms of giving them quality education and health care services.

In 2018, the foundation became the project of the whole family since Mrs. chioma alone can no longer bear the cost and considering the fact that the number has and continued to increase tremendously.
